Hi Paul 3 Years, 5 Months ago Karma: 0
Thank you very much to have created the core,
I'm anxious to receive it.
I had some lessons with Kendal McWade and I'm very happy to known that, with the core, I can practise the same felling at my golf club in Italy.
Bye

Hi Marco

Thanks for the message and your thoughts about the Core.

I'm sure you'll have the Core very shortly and will be able to keep that 'feel' going.

One of the things I've noticed recently when I've been coaching with the Core is that it can act as a great reference point for all golfers.

I know when I played on tour one of the biggest problems was keeping the right 'feel ' for my swing. Looking at the problems I used to have sometimes searching for my swing it would have been great to have had a reference point such as the Core at that time.

How would I have used it as a reference point?? Well quite simply I would have placed one of my clubs on the ground, pointing in the direction of my target, grip end facing me and got my Core out of the bag and just looked at that 'job' on the ground and how I would have wanted to deliver the club to 'knock' that club forward. Looking at this 'job' would have helped my set up and swing path and the 'feel' of my swing.

What's great about this 'reference point ' is that it never changes which can't be said for all of our 'feels' which unfortunately can change from day to day.

Have you ever worked on a swing 'feel' and then 2 weeks later you've gone back for another lesson and you've 'over done it' and end up spending the next few weeks 'undoing' that 'feel'?? If you have, you're not on you're own as that is one of the biggest 'pitfalls' a keen golfer faces.

My only remedy that I 've found for this is the 'job' I just explained above and the consistency of that 'reference point'

Good golfing

Paul
