The introduction of the 'Core' to my golf lessons gave me a clear understanding of how a club works and how I was supposed to use it. Striking the ball is now more consistent and many problems have been eliminated. My thought processes concerned with hitting the ball are now intertwined with the 'Core' and I'm reaping the rewards!

I am now a much happier lady golfer.
